Cannot rave enough about this place!!! Laura was our waitress she was so kind and attentive. Even with a busy brunch rush she made sure we were taken care of. Everything was great from the atmosphere to food and drinks. Everything was great. It was hard to decide what to chose because it is all delightful. Highly recommend!!! Try the breakfast bread pudding you won’t be disappointed
Good beers on tap and bottles and cans available. We just had appetizers but they were very good.
Ordered food for pickup. Pickup was ready sooner than stated, despite it being a busy Friday night. Burgers were tasty but kind of dry, the fries were also good but almost over cooked. The bread pudding was very good. Would like to give it a second chance, maybe eating there right away would make for a better experience.
Me and my husband travel a LOT and this is honestly one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! The waitress was incredibly nice and attentive as well. Definitely will be going back anytime we are passing through!
I have eaten the Ruben and Cauliflower with Candied Bacon; they are both fantastic and filling. My husband ordered the Shepherds Pie for carry out. He says it was delicious but the small portion size did not match the price...he will most likely try something else next time. The establishment is very clean and comfortable, and the service team is kind. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Borough.
2/2025 update: We are still frequenting The Borough and always enjoy it. Brunch on the weekend is super good. Highly recommend the Huevos Rancheros and Benedicts. Reuben omelet is also a winner. Mocktails are innovative and tasty. 2022 review: Great new spot in the neighborhood. Hazy IPA is not over-hopped, which is good in my book. Nice cocktail selection and small but well curated wine list. Enjoyed the chicken adobo tacos a lot. The grilled romaine salad is very good with subtle but definite smokiness. And the olive oil cake is a must! Served warm with fruit and whipped cream.
Update as of December 2024: Still a great place! Food and drinks are excellent! Came in at a very busy time on a Saturday night (around 5:30pm) and waited on their comfy couches in the entry for about 15 minutes before we were seated. Got cheese curds app, a glass of wine, a pint of Guinness, salmon BLT with side greens, Borough burger with fries, and Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was absolutely scrumptious--food was hot, drinks were cold. Had a lovely, friendly, efficient waitress named Taya. We'll return again! Initial review from 2023: Have been here a few times now. The atmosphere is super cozy, the drinks and food are inventive and affordable (great happy hour specials!), and the staff generally seems to be on top of things. I love that parking is relatively easy and the place is never super packed. Hidden gem!
Great dining experience on the patio. Great menu and superb service. We ordered small plates...cauliflower wings (awesome) cheese curds and a mountain of nachos. All delicious.
